They did exactly what said would do. Very punctual. Very professional and if needed will use again.

Bill Cooper is outstanding!! It was my 95 yr-old mother's roof that needed to be replaced. I found a few people to give her estimates and she made the final choice. She said she chose Bill because he just seemed to be the right person. Once again, my mother's intuition was excellent. She was thrilled with the experience and the work they did. Bill and his crew did a wonderful job; they were quick, efficient, and respectful. Once the job was done, Bill went beyond obvious cleanup to roll the yard close to the house with a magnet of some kind to pick up any nails or tacks that might have been hazardous to my mother. And just to take the above-and-beyond service one step further, as he was saying goodbye to Mother, she asked him what her next step should be with the insurance company, and he took his receipt to the insurance office for her so she would get the final money coming to her right away. (I live in another town, so I wasn't there to do it.) Bill had been paid the week before; he already had his money, so he didn't have to take the time to do that. He was just being nice. I cannot recommend this man highly enough.

They were on time, they are men of their word in a timely fashion and the work looks good!
