Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
Jason, the owner of the company, came to my home, looked at the roof, and gave me an estimate, explained everything about replacing the roof. I had estimates from several companies, but I chose ShinglePro because of Jason. I can't say enough positive things about my new roof. The crew cleaned up every day, including running a magnet over the yard to pick up the nails. (When they were done, I found 2 nails- 1 in a flower bed, 1 behind the A/C). I am totally totally happy. I have waited a year and a half to review the roof because I wanted give it time to show any problems. One finally showed up. A piece of siding came loose (it was removed to install new trim on roof). Even after this length of time, one phone call and it was taken care of. If you need a roof, I emphatically recommend Jason and ShinglePro.

Replacing my roof was a big job. Anthony and his crew removed my roof down to the wood. Some of the materials were original (85 years old). They worked with changing weather and managed the whole process timely and professionally. Clean up was exceptional. I now have a high end, high quality roof. The roof looks better than it ever has in the 37 years we've owned the house. When an addition was added to the back of the house, no one could seem to get the shingles right or did not make an effort to fix the valleys or flat places the way ShinglePro Roofing Company has. The Company is so concentious about every thing they do. The flashing around the chinmey blends in with the shingles and looks outstanding. The company president and his crew manager always consulted with us before doing anything unusual that needed to be taken care of. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out. They are professionals with great work ethic

Good to work with. On Time daily. Overall results B+. Added snow heating coil to project and they clearly did not understand the install requirements - remains incomplete because I now have to have an electrician add a plug. Trampled plants, Did not treat sun lattice structures with care. Customer needs to be present while project is underway.

There was very little communication from the customer and this tends to cause problems. We believe this rating to be very unjust as this is a beautiful roof down to every detail, including a very high end heat cable system that requires a licensed electrician to add an electrical outlet. We would like to find out how we can resolve any issues if the customer would just return our calls."

Jason and his team did a great job. His team did a completely new roof, soffit, fascia and gutter for us. They were meticulous in their workmanshp, prompt and left no mess behind. The crew was courteous and conscious of our neighbors and my family. They finished on schedule as promised and did a fantastic job. We now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood thanks to Jason and his team. I would (and have) recommend them any time.

Jason was responsive to our request for a bid. His ability to understand what we wanted, and use his professional experience to offer reasonable options, was above our expectations. He dealt with a delay in our scheduling with good humor, finished on time, and fulfilled every promise he'd made. His entire relationship with us was professional yet friendly. His employees were polite and well trained. I'd recommend him highly to anyone looking for a roofer in northern Utah.

ShinglePro was the only company that showed up on time to give me a bid. Jason was very well prepared to meet with me and gave me a folder with product information and color samples. He even showed me pictures of previous jobs they had completed.
