We have had the best experience with Kitchens & Baths by Sho-Pro of Indiana. Joe came out to the house, told us the details of their product and went through what our options would be. He took care to listen to our needs and concerns. From materials to colors we were confident our "remodel" would be just what we wanted. Our installation tech, Grant, was courteous and efficient. He explaned at the end of the day to go over what he had completed and what to expect the naxt day. He took care to clean everything up at the end of each day he worked. We had our old tub removed, shower installed with a shower wand, seat, and grab bar which was very important to my husband. We had purchased a new vanity and toilet so when Grant finished installing the new flooring, he was able to put our new items in place of the old. We've had an all around great experience and highly recommend you consider having them come out and let you know what they can do for you.

First off, the salesman was just wonderful, took his time and really explained everything to me. Second, our installer was the best. Super good at his job, personable, friendly and really took care putting our shower in and respecting the cleanliness and condition of our new flooring. And lastly, everyone at the office was great as well. I just love my new shower, especially how easy it is to clean and keep clean! Below is the before on the left, after on the right.

Removed old tub and installed a shower,so much better,I no longer have to worry about her falling trying to step over tub. Very professional completed in a couple days! Highly recommend!

The installer did an awesome job, we had a very outdated bathroom, the tub to shower conversion is awesome, the only reason I never gave five stars is a very petty reason, we never got a follow up phone call asking how the installation went, I know very petty but it is something we expected, my husband has the pictures of the installation on his phone if he receives the same message he will upload the pictures

Extremely pleased with the product and installer.

The gentleman that provided the installation service was very courteous and professional. He took time to explain what was to be done and how it was going to be completed. He performed additional tasks besides the installation of the shower by repairing holes in the ceiling as well as installation of our new toilet and vanity. Each and every day that he worked the work area was cleaned and spotless.

Remodel of 50-year-old bathroom. Replaced modular shower/bath unit with walk-in shower, new flooring, new toilet and vanity+sink (we provided toilet & vanity). Everyone we interacted with was personable and professional. The young man who performed installation did an excellent job. We would certainly recommend this company.

Buyer Beware!!!!! The sales guy Aaron told us what a great company they are, BBB A+ rating, Good housekeeping guarantee, factory trained certified installers. showed us awesome pictures of jobs they did. We were so excited. Chris Mooney the production manager came out to measure. The assistant production manager came out by his self to do the installation. I let him set up in my garage thinking I would get a great installation. The install took 4 days, on day 3 I voiced concerns that the panels had a rough edge, he said it would look fine when he finished. Well, it looks like a rough edge with caulk on it. Thats just the start of this poor installation. I don't think these people know what plumb and square is. Overall, poor installation. then they decided they could fix it for another $5,600. initial price after discounts $16,830. I highly recommend staying clear of SHO PRO of INDIANNA.

The installer was wonderful. Here on time and worked hard. Both the tub shower and the master bath shower was done beautifuly. Worth every penny. Was great to have it done right and I was here to watch every thing he did.
