Didn't show up when scheduled had a hard time getting in touch with them

I hired Ray to install a fence last July and paid him a down payment of $2000 and he said he was going to start around 2 weeks later and never did, Ray has missed at last 5 install dates, I mentioned to him that I wanted a refund and he came out and said that he was going to get started and never did, that was the last time I heard from him

Fence looks amazing once it finally got put up. It took almost two months. Never would answer the phone. Said they were coming multiple times and didnt show up.

Very unprofessional, no communication, lies, delays. They are cheaper but you get what you pay for. He will rush out to collect but after that.....jokes was on us. After they left we discovered some very shoddy workmanship. Had our money so he never came back. Never ever again! Beware and look for another.

We are beyond pleased with our new privacy fence. Ray and his crew did a beautiful job. They even hauled away the old fence.

Our job got delayed numerous times and then finally was done on June 22, 2017. Two days later a slat dropped off of the fence gate because it was never affixed. One of our dogs could have gotten loose or been injured trying to get thru that opening, so we nailed it on the gate for a temporary fix. Then we noticed more problems including countless big wood splinters sticking out the ends of all the wood braces on the gate. The ends were very roughly cut and not smoothed off at all. Dangerous. So, we've attempted numerous times to contact the company using 2 phone numbers, texting and email. No one has gotten back with us. Seems once they have your money they are finished with you. I just want them to do a professional job on finishing the fence gate so it's not unsafe. Also, the fence gate looks pretty bad because they didn't construct it properly and ended up having to trim the center slat to make it fit, and did a poor job of it.

I was very pleased with the quality of work and professionalism from this company. The were very dedicated to completing the job at not just our approval, but also the approval of the City of Xenia. All involved was very pleased!!!! A true "Thank You" to these gentlemen. I have already referred this company to several friends and co-workers.

Great price... $500 less than others..quality fence

Sholler's did an amazing job on my fence. Price and quality were fantastic. I am so glad we chose them to do our fence. I will definitely use them again.

Ray and his team met a crucial personal deadline for us, and came through when we needed them to. They were honest, reasonable and very skilled. The fence looks straight and great, and it's been 45 days since the initial set. I'll recommend Sholler"s Fence to anybody asking in the future.

after a rough start, Ray made sure the work was done on time, and worked with us to insure we were completely satisfied.

Decided on wooden fence with wire vs chain link, for both esthetics and cost. We have a very hilly, uneven yard, and these guys did a superior job building the fence to roll with the land. Friendly, hardworking crew did the job in half the projected time. I highly recommend!!!!

We decided on a wooden privacy fence. Sholler's scheduled the work quickly and completed the project in one day. The team was professional and courteous, quality of materials and work was very good. My only criticism would be that they could have cleaned up the work site more thoroughly. Very happy overall with this project!
