Boswell Contracting was $1900 less than the next quote for exactly the same roof. Same materials, same process (layers). Roof materials are warranted and the warranty can be extended to a new home owner. Roof passed wind mitigation inspection, resulting in my home owners insurance being literally cut in half! Bill Baker was friendly and answered all questions. Job was completed on the day promised. Absolutely pleased with this company.

Very honest with reference to there quote. They applied a TOP roof which provides insulation and reflection from sun . I live in florida and this is the only way I could get these feature with my flat roof, whick has no attic. Quality of materials and workmanship is top knotch. The City Inspector and wind mitigation instectors praisd the workmanship and appearance. They provide the product and workmanship they promised. Well worth the investment.

THE PRICE IS RIGHT! Customer Service is AMAZING!! Shon Boswell, along with his team, Bill Baker and Work Crew were SUPERB! They are all down to earth, personable, understanding and have a vast knowledge of the industry from all angles. I just most recently bought a home in Gulfport, FL, that had been foreclosed and was significantly damaged. The bank had advised that they would have to retain the monies to be paid to Shon Boswell in escrow; however, they advised the contractor would not be provide the 50% upfront. I was so upset, thinking that I may lose on the opportunity to work with the BEST ROOFING Company in Pinellas County. Rest a sure, Shon Boswell came to my rescue, they agreed to the banks new terms (as an out of the box requirement) and completed all the work without pre-payment. THAT is unheard of in this day and age. WHAT A GREAT COMPANY. The Roof work was done to perfection; they brought it up to code, replaced the water damaged boards, gave me the best product line for the money, cleaned up after the Job site, provided me with personalized service and made me an extremely happy customer. They are a MUST HIRE, you will not be dissatisfied.

Work started the time Bill said it would and the work was completed promptly. Job was well supervised. I was very impressed with this company and Bill B. Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
Shon came by to check roof leak and condition of roof. He took pictures of the damaged areas on the roof plus the cracked skylight which none of the other 3 contractors previously mentioned. Gave me a fair quote for a new roof and send his crew the following morning to fix roof and seal cracked skylight until I'm able to repair it all.

Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
Everything we discussed during the estimate process was completed and within budget. They found the roof leak which the last roofer was unable to locate and the made sure it was fixed correctly. They built up the flat section of the roof so the water would drain off instead of pooling on top. We had at least 6 bad spots in the roof and they replaced all the bad wood. Very professional in working on the roof. I believe the job was done very well and with the warrenty given I doubt that I will ever have the need to call them out to fix anything. If I ever need to fix another roof i would use them again.

Removed old tile roof, old chimney and replaced rotted roof decking, and installed asphalt shingle roofing with ridge vents. Shon provided one price and promised quality materials and workmanship, no hard sale, no call to action crap like "if you sign today we'll give you a discount". I appreciated his honesty and I asked for references and he gladly provided them to me. It has been just over a year now and my roof still looks like it was installed yesterday! I would highly recommend Shon to anyone. Always remember that you get what you pay for, and this guy is worth every penny...neat, orderly, and fair.

Shon's estimate was competitive in price and contained unsolicited upgrades. The work was a tear-off, re-shingling the roof and hot-mop of flat roof. Shon was particularly quick with obtaining the permit, staging material, and beginning the work on very short notice. His crew was hardworking and courteous. The work was performed well and in a timely manner. Along with good roofing, they performed a very good clean up. I'm pleased with the result and the price.
