Robert Jr came on a Sunday, a battery for a back up sump pump. He was through, clean and tidy, but maybe most of all reasonably priced. He took time to check a few other issues and recommended a few other services. Being new to this area, I appreciated other options with other problem areas. I felt I was working with family.

I had to have several faucets repaired and one replaced. Robert came out the next day and fixed and replaced everything professionally and quickly. Shoner's charged me a quarter of the cost that I was quoted by 2 large companies. I can't be more satisfied with his service. I've already told 3 friends about them.
