One of our Airbnb properties had a lighting issue when my husband and I were out of town. We had guests staying so we needed someone to fix the problem quickly.
I called Colby and he was out at the property in a timely manner. He had the issue fixed in no time, and my guests were very happy to have it working so they could enjoy their time staying at our place.
Colby is very knowledgeable and reliable, and my guests even commented on how professional and respectful he was to them.
We will definitely be using Colby for any of our handyman needs from now on, especially in our personal home as well as our rental properties!

They were professional and timely on response. My water heater stopped heating water and they were quickly able to determine that the element had failed. They had it changed out and had me back in business quickly. I would definitely use them again.
