We paid them for the service and parts, said will be here in 5 days, voice mail was full, no communication, newer saw them again.

They started off as very polite and prompt, they wanted the money upfront so I paid. They were very good in the beginning but I ended up having to chase them around and they still owe me the amount that I paid on the labor and parts, their good service stopped.

Alex Shore came to my home looked at the washer that is not working. Told me it needed a new pump. I hired him to do the work. He took a down payment. Gave me a date he would return to install the new pump. That day came he was a no show. I called him the following day to ask if there was an issue. He said the pump was not in yet, and he would get back to me by the end of business day to reschedule. Never heard from him. I have tried to contact Alex multiple times. His phone goes right to voice mail which is full. Continue to contact him, he will not answer any calls. Filed a complaint with home advisor and with my bank in which he is now under investigation for fraud. I would not recommend anyone to hire this company for anything.

Showed up as they were supposed to. Were able to complete part of the job. Arranged to come back to finish later; took payment for the whole project; then disappeared from the face of the earth. Have hired someone else to complete the job. Very frustrating.

He needs to communicate better. If there are any issues, just communicate.

I had to call and was told he was having an issue with the supplier. Still a no show and is not returning my calls. Ive filed a complaint.

Took too long to get one part, company did not notify me the parts were not in, had to call contact them before they got back to me.

The technicians arrived in a timely fashion. They analyzed what needed to be done with duct work for my dryer and rectified the situation.

Very surprised in beginning there was good communication and than payed money no response,. Still no work done.

I hired Alex to repair a fridge and he spent an hour looking at the fridge and said that he did not have the part to fix it, I gave him a $200 credit card payment and he said the total cost would be $400 and said he would be back to fix it and did not show, I have tried calling numerous times

He explained everything about the repairs and we decided that I would order a new dishwasher and his company will come back and install the new dishwasher.

I was called, and got scheduled the next day. Staff up front about cost, called before he arrived and cleaned up when he left. Will use again!

Good work problem diagnosed quickly and repair made as soon as parts could be delivered.
