It is literally a family run and owned business. The proprietor's wife was the person who came to the door, gloved, hatted, with shovel in hand ready to tackle the sidewalk. Her son ( whom I would guess was in his early 20's ) at her side they quickly got the stairs and walkways done while her husband plowed the blizzard-wracked driveway. They were done within an hour and they charged well below market rates (which I made up with a tip).
