I hired Shore Fix to repair my fence and roof and paid $2,350 upfront. Unfortunately, the work was never completed. The original schedule changed, and after multiple delays, I was told there were additional issues involving permits and utilities that had never been discussed before. Despite taking time to coordinate the project, no repairs were performed on my property. When I requested a refund due to the lack of completed work, the situation became frustrating. Instead of resolving the issue, I received repeated phone calls from different numbers after asking that communication stop. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shore Fix. I expected clear communication, transparency, and follow-through on the work I paid for, and I did not receive those. If you?re considering hiring this company, I recommend getting every promise in writing and being cautious about paying the full amount upfront.
