I hired Shoreline to repair my back porch roof. They charged me over $3K to remove the existing decking, plywood base and rubber roofing and the replace all materials. When I came home the job was completed and i paid them....Well it lasted almost 2 years...so I thought because the ceiling under the upstairs porch showed no indication of a leak initially. I assumed they used TPO for the water sealing component of the roof (A rather expensive material) Well once the porch ceiling showed that it was leaking I contacted them. They indicated that theyd come take a look and I told them I was available anytime. After several phone calls with no response I finally was able to talk to Logan...he told me that they moved their business to Carolina beach (1/2 hour away). He told me to get someone else that they couldnt come to my house. As I type today the new contractor removed the decking to expose the roofing material they used. They used a cheaper material that was not the right application... Thanks Shoreline for ripping me off...If you are contemplating using this company think again...they dont back up their work

Hired to stain and repair fence. Did great job.

They were amazing. I was desperate to get the stairs fixed because I had a party that weekend with 30 people coming to the house. I spoke with them Thursday morning. They came Thursday afternoon and gave me an estimate. The crew showed up Friday and completed the work in a very professional manner. Every interaction with the team was helpful and professional. They even fixed a piece of weather stripping that was loose near where they were working. It was an A+ experience.

They were great and finished quickly. The workers were professional. The only negative is we had discussed using mold resistant drywall in the bathroom and the request was not conveyed to the drywall installers. However the work was great and I'm so happy with the results.

Cody at Shoreline responded to my request for an estimate right away. The other contractors I called failed to call back in a timely manner. Bruce from Shoreline arrived on time for the attic pull down steps reconstruction. He worked quickly and professionally. He tested the steps and made a reasonable price. I'll be calling them again for any future work we may need. Definitely satisfied.

Logan and Josh arrived promptly as agreed and did an exceptional job with all my work (closet re-work, hanging pictures, rearranging interior furniture, installing my sound bar, and other tasks. Logan even helped me rearrange my furniture to where I really, finally liked the layout and choose which artwork should go where. He has a terrific "eye" for this. I also really appreciated their patience when I kept changing my mind. Really pleased and would highly recommend Shoreline!!!

They do great work, but I was not kept in the loop very well as to when the job was to be done. They need to work on their customer relations.

They were a little slow to reply to my emails initially but the work was done on the day it was scheduled for the quoted price and the repairs look great.
