All three of the firms that HomeAdvisor recommended responded to my request within 24 hours and all of them seemed to be solid alternatives. However, Shore Power was much cheaper than the others, at least for the routine preventive maintenance that I needed. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, careful, thorough, and courteous. And he took the time to teach me how to do some troubleshooting myself. A very positive experience.
