Excellent jobb. I'm trying to sell a condo unit, and needed one room hardwood floor refinished. Luis came a long way from his place of business to where my unit is located, 2 days in a row. I didn't expect him to do the closets too, but he offeredto do so for the same price--all very reasonable.

Louis refinished my Maple Dining room floor and it never looked better. He was punctual, meticulous and explained the details to me. I have lung problems and was concerned about the dust and I was very surprised that it was less than minimal. He would get my recommendation.

It was truly great working with Luis! Very friendly and hardworking. Cleans up well after he is done. Felt safe and comfortable working with him in my house. Our wood stairs, railings and balusters look great. He went the extra mile to order and bring the materials we chose ( we chose the Utah collection). His Price was the most competitive, and he also finished the job with staining and varnish. Other contractors we called don't do staining and varnishing, so we would have to spend more than $1000 to get it done from someone else. Will recommend Luis and hire him again if needed.

Luis repair a section of floor that was damaged by termite. We had different color wood in the family room and living/dining room. Luis did such a fine job of refinishing the floor, you can't even tell what section of the floor was replaced. Luis replaced a step (14') that a previous contractor had install. When Luis completed the job, you could see the different between a contractor who says that they can perform a task and a contractor who is a master of his craft.

Louis did an excellent job installing a new bullnose tread and newel post and re-glued the balusters. He then put on a stain to match the original oak stairs and bannister. I am very pleased with his work.

Luis was a true professional. He is knowledgable and trustworthy. He installed new hardwood floors, steps and stair railings in our home in a timely fashion. He completed the job when we were not home and was clean and neat. He finished the job quickly. Everyone who comes in our home comments on the beauty of our floors, stairs, and railings. Worked at a good pace, kept the area as clean as possible, hardwood flooring looks very professionally done. Also replaced the steps with hardwood. Hardwood on the steps turned out good, stain was done a little sloppy, I had to repaint the risers.
