Fast response, knowledgeable, clean workers and were accommodating with times and limited space with two children present during the house lift.

Nice work / Vance & his crew courteous & respectful of our home/ - altho it was probably a small job for this main line concrete company - nevertheless it was a difficult/ dirty job getting into our foundation to open up our basement- it took awhile but the "end results" well worth it. I am pleased w/ Shoreline Concrete - they have our recommendation. / West Seattle.

Conscientious and hardworking. Helped with problem solving. Completed very tough (glacier till) excavation. Helped solve problems. End result is we've got a great basement, garage and drive and the house is sitting pretty.

Vance runs a very fine company and has excellent folks working for him who are professional and know their business.. I would highly recommend their services to anyone..

Good work, but took months to finish, and I had to continually call for status.

More expensive than other bids, but more attentive and timely.

They dragged a 1.5 week project into 4 weeks. If you are on a schedule, they are unreliable. All work done was satisfactory, but am concerned about lack of time allowed for concrete to cure.

They did a very good job making our concrete patio, but they dragged a 3-day job to 3 weeks. their project management needs some improvement...

I will have shoreline concrete Co. do my project. The guy was so nice I will have them pour a concrete slab for a shed in my yard.
