Mark came to the house and addressed all of our concerns. One person in the family had sensitivities to mold or other airborne particles and we searched the house to determine if we had any mold or toxic air. He did not find any, but gave us suggestions on what to look for and how to prevent it. And on top of that, no charge because he didn't have to do any remediation. He was kind and answered all of our questions and spent an ample amount of time at the house. And gave me his card to call if I had any further questions. The best!!

I thought I was actually having the mold "tested". All he did was look at pictures we took and said "yes, that's mold", He checked humidity levels but didn't take samples. He said if he had taken samples his visit wouldn't be free. I thought that was misleading, since I googled free mold testing.

Mark was prompt in responding and very honest with me. I did not have mold although I was convinced that I did in the basement. He recommended a good cleaner and no charge even though he went out of his way to do a thorough inspection. would highly recommend him

I had a tenant that was concerned that there was a mold problem in her apartment. Mark was totally awesome in arranging/conducting an inspection of the property and then preparing a report on his findings. There was ultimately no mold problem found but his attentiveness and thoroughness throughout the process was extremely impressive and professional.

Very responsive. The only thing I would do is have them take pictures before and after. I thought I mentioned this, but apparently didn't emphasize that it was important. Important because I am an absentee owner and not there to supervise or review the job. I did happen to be in the area and they left the area clean and it seemed dry. Haven't had a follow up reading yet, but I expect that they will do this as they have done everything else they said they would. Very courteous experience.

Company determined I did not have a mold problem but made suggestions about getting rid of the moisture in my basement causing a musty smell. No charge for service. Did a thorough walk through using his moisture gauge. Very nice and professional. Very impressed.
