Contractor James had injured his tendon in his finger on left hand two days before my job was scheduled. Left arm was totally wrapped up. He hired help, went with my job on schedule. Job took a little longer than usual (understandably so!). He worked so hard one handed. Even though it took a little longer, I am completely satisfied with the job. Work is excellent. He went out of his way to help with little things that weren’t his problem, like toilet hose that wasn’t working properly after hook up, etc. that was due to normal wear and tear on my part. I am a completely satisfied customer. Would recommend James all the way. Also, installation quote is very reasonable. Could not find a better floor contractor!!

James was on time, professional, efficient, kind, and funny. We were surprised by how much he was able to do and how quickly he did it all by himself. The floors look fantastic. They look better than we imagined. He cleaned up after himself. We enjoyed his company as much as we enjoyed the work he did on our floors.
