Nathan was very personable and committed to my project. I was very pleased with the end result.

The first 2 weeks of service were good, but he had an attitude if I reminded him of something that he forgot. Would not answer emails. I didn't know what day he was coming so I just let it be a surprise that he showed up.

Shoreline came the same day we asked and did a great job cleaning and mowing. They missed a week due to equipment issues, but pro-rated our bill for the next month to make up for it. They have been doing a better job at weeding, edging etc. than others we have hired in the past. We are happy with our service so far.

I'm revising the initial review I wrote earlier after a phone conversation with Nate. I think we understand one another better in terms of when I can expect regular lawn service and how important communication is to me if things change due to weather or any other situation. I will update and edit my review as needed.

He did a horrible job the two times he cut it. He got very foul with me over the phone (I have the text messages) told me to F*$# Off and refused to refund my 90.00. I am filing a police report and will notify him that entry onto my property constitutes Trespass and I will have him arrested should he do so. I have never had such a bad service provider in my life. This has resulted in me being scared of him and anything he might do. He is a very volitile man...beware.

They had to deal with me long distance, even with payment, as I was out of town. Nathan was great and communicated however needed. Lawn looked fine when I arrived home. Wished edging would've been a little more precise. But I will use Nathan and Shoreline again. Thanks for the great service in a time of need.

We hired Shoreline in February. Keep in mind that this is before the season when things need to be done weekly, so clearly we hired him before it was completely necessary. The first time the team came out, they did a phenomenal job. We were so glad to have found a good company. Unfortunately that was definitely the ONLY time our yard looked that good under Shoreline's care. They came out only sporadically after that, and when they did, they usually just edged and left beyond the one time they helped us patch up some sod. The workers were very kind, but not enough was getting done. In three months, our lawn was mowed only twice (while edging was a bit more regular). Our main complaint is that the bushes were only trimmed the first time, though that is included in our service. Finally, in late April, we texted Nathan asking him (as he told us to reach out whenever) to ask his team to trim the bushes next time they were around since the bushes had gotten very overgrown (have photos - the bushes got so unruly they covered the garage door lights and the number on our house). Nathan literally texted back (we have a screenshot of our text exchange) to "trim our own bushes or get someone else to" since he "wasn't making any money off of us" and "didn't believe we'd be year-round customers." Rudest customer service ever, with no apology when he gave him the benefit of the doubt and called to see if there was a misunderstanding. He told us we weren't helping to "feed his family and employees" though we've paid on time every month. We think he is referring to when we asked him for a quote to put down new mulch in our beds, which was $300 for labor + we'd have to pay for the materials, obviously. To save money, my husband did this himself. So unless you plan to throw a few extra projects their way, we don't recommend them for regular maintenance. An update to this review is that after posting it, we got a text message (again, we have the screenshot) complete with swear words from Nathan saying that we lied (we didn't) and that we "this is why [he] stays away from [us] Nocatee people; you got Nocatee $ with a Ponte Vedra attitude that you haven't earned yet." No matter how much money people have, no one should be this rude. And we never were to Nathan. All we did was write our honest review after poor treatment.

Nathan from Shoreline was responsive to my needs and accommodated my schedule on a short notice as a new client.
