Snow Removal
I hired Shane Shorette to plow and sand my driveway. The first snowstorm was minimal and plowing was not necessary. However, sanding is required for my driveway since it is quite steep. When he did not arrive the day of the storm I called him the next day as well as sending a text requesting sanding ASAP. He does not answer voicemail or text and my driveway is still inaccessible without sanding at 3 pm the next day. This just does not work for me and I do not expect it would for most people.
