Stan M from Shortfix responded to my inquiry almost instantly. He was able to go to my rental property the next day. His communication was excellent, he determined the problem with my washer not spinning or draining quickly. Before repairs he explained the cost to me and completed the repairs within an hour of being inside. He sent photos and videos to show me issues and that it had begun working. 10/10 service. We chose Nick from Shortfix to repair our dishwasher, which had a blocked drain. This happened on a Saturday and, not surprising, many firms are closed for the weekend. Nick was available, so we scheduled an appointment and he arrived at the appointed time. He went right to work and promptly completed the necessary work. Nick was very courteous snd professional. I will not hesitate to call him if we have a problem with another one of our appliances.

I had two previous repair men and they didn’t go through the entire system like Stan did. He found that there was 3 sensors could have been an issue and he found the one was frozen. After deicing it he found that it was bad. He replaced it and spent as much time as was needed to repair the problem. The other two tried one thing and they both failed although the one did clean the coils as a measure. Stan was very professional and even called to discuss the issue with another technician. I would definitely recommend him to others

I originally reached out to Stan to repair our dishwasher. He diagnosed several issues which turned into needing a new one. He was able to come back and install the new appliance. He was prompt and incredibly detail-oriented. He went to get materials that were not included and was gracious and kind through the whole process. We have had many service providers come to our home and he stands out as one of the best in all of the categories: prompt, communicative, affordable and knowledgeable. So grateful for him and highly recommend his services.
