They saved me thousands of dollars the previous estimate came from a dishonest company and they were trying to charge me 9000 for the same job that Shorty's did for 2700. Shorty is a 3rd Generation Master plumber who is an Honest hard working plumber.

I was using a water bladder to blast a clog from my kitchen drain line on a Sunday afternoon. The bladder got stuck and I was about to give up after numerous attempts had failed to dislodge the bladder. On a facetime call, Shorty told me a tip on getting it out, it worked! I am very appreciative of that. High recommended!!

Installed open drains which hold water and cause major mosquito problems. Could not go with his original plan for drainage and blamed it on my yard.Yard is a mud Pit and mosquito breeding ground.

"Maam I am sorry for any misunderstanding that you may have, about area drainage systems, but you has an issue with 6-8 inches of water standing in your yard as well as the land sloped towards your home. The street is higher than where home sits. However since we installed the area drains along with a pump system, you no longer have that issue. Or the issue of, and as you stated on several occasions the rain water almost entered your home several times. It was explained to you. That the catch basins (boxes) always hold 3-4 inches of water at the bottom. That is where leaves, grass, and dirt collect. Your drains flow freely. As far as the mud go."

Shorty is a man of his word. In this day and age that is a rare thing to find. The job was done on time and budget (broken main line). They originally quoted me around $125 to change garbage disposal. Came out and then tried to say it was going to be $700- after my complaint they said they could work with me for $175. Not good business ethics.

"Maam you have is confused with another company, we have no record of that in our system according to the Written estimate there is nothing about a disposal. I do not know who tried to charge you that much but if you can please call me personally, I would like to see a copy of our invoice or bid. According to our records, you had us come out 12-1-18 to give you a major bid on several things. Nothing of which involves replacing a disposal. If you would like an additional copy for your records I would be please to help. But some other copy gave you that price not use. We have a price book and those prices you stated are not even correct. Please"
