Showcase Flooring, Inc., is a family owned and operated flooring company doing business in the tri-state area for over ten years. We specialize in luxury residences and commercial institutions. We work with you from design to completion to choose the perfect domestic or exotic hardwood and design of your choice installed to perfection. As well as refinishing hardwood floors and hardwood floor repairs, we also specialize in the installation of all and any type of pre-finished or raw hardwood floors. All domestic or imported hardwood from today's leading manufacturers is available to us. Various types of hardwood floor installations include parquet hardwood floors, herringbone hardwood floors, hardwood floor borders, custom hardwood floor inlays or simple plank tongue and groove hardwood floors. We are a small company that prides itself on quality workmanship. Owners are present on every job to assist our knowledgeable and courteous teams.

Very reliable. Someone dropped an alcohol pad on floor shortly after work was finished. It left an obvious stain. Eric came within a week and fixed it. He is a very responsive professional.

Prompt response and extremely quality work done promptly. Eric was very professional yet friendly and accommodating--he even provided casters for furniture legs so they won't scratch the floor, disassembled furniture to leave the floor free to work and then reassembled it after work was done. Service with a smile -- highly recommended...

David and Eric were very professional. They came into my home and assured me that it wouldn't be a problem to remove old carpeting, dispose of it, move furniture and then refinish the floors. They delivered everything they promised within a timely fashion and are coming to refinish floors in two more rooms. I highly recommend them!

I was told this project would be dustless which it wasn't; was told they would vacuum after each step that was done which didn't happen until the project was completed then vacuumed; did not cover anything; I had to clean four times; there was cursing and felt and I was lied to about completing inside of the closet; this is the worst experience I've had; left footprints and dust all over other rooms; horizontal streaks in floor since emulsion was applied incorrectly; the painter had issues as well since this project was not dustless. I was told semi gloss was used when satin was used when I had to inquiry what type of emulsion was used when I had to have this corrected. Communication is extremely poor and they did not show up for our scheduled appointment on Tuesday 6/24/2014.

"FALSE ! On December 2nd Mr. Globerson hired us, Showcase floors to refinish a hallway and a flight of stair treads. Mr. Globerson was very satisfied. 8 months later on June 24th Mr. Globerson contacted us and explained that the painters ruined the job. He demanded that we come and redo the floors for free. We said absolutely not. Since he ruined the floor. He then threatened to create a false report on homeadvisor and will not remove it until we refinish his floor for Free. We chose to not let Mr. Globerson get away with extorting us. Please disregard his negative review. Please consider we have been in business.since 1994."

Eric & David were wonderful to deal with. We hired them to refinish our first floor oak floors. We want to match hem to our brazilian cherry floors upstairs. Both David & Eric said trust us. They did an amazing job. Our floors look awesome! I would definitely hire them again. We have already referred them to our neighbor.:-)

I had my wood floors refinished by another company and had peeling all over the floor. David and Eric did a great job with no peeling and a beautiful finished look. My floors are 22 years old and looked like new. I must say they were so neat and No dust. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a great job.

I am a general contracter and hired Showcase for the first time on my last project. It was a difficult job from the standpoint of leveling the floors from room to room, but Showcase did an great job. There finish work was really really excellent!! The owner was very happy with the result and so was I.

I was running short in time to fix up my apartment before moving in. All that was left was the sand screening of the floors so I called up Showcase to see if they could come by with a buffer to do the floors. They have a job minimum of $300 which is completely understandable due to the labor, travel, and material costs. They came the next day and not only did the screening, but offered to buff on the stain for me as well to make it worth my $$. They did an excellent job and even vacuumed around the windows and walls which saved me a lot of time prepping for the poly application. I have no complaints at all and would definitely recommend.
