"SHOWCASE strives for superior customer service and expert workmanship. This can be attested to by my decades in the industry as well as my impeccable reviews with HOMEADVISOR. We apologize that we fell short of satisfying your expectations. We discussed your previous experience with your sofa and I explained the cause. When we finished the two sofas you decided to judge the cleaning in a damp state. The drying process of the damp piece will look uneven until fully dry. The reason you decided not to pay and kick us out is because I wanted to reset the expectations on the other sofa as you were unhappy with the previous two that were completed. On the invoice you signed we noted heavy soiling, Pet Damaged, Tears and Wear. Those pieces were professionally cleaned and not given time to determine the outcome of the cleaning before you decided on not paying and kicking us out of your home. On our invoice (that you signed) we ask that you call us after 72 hours of cleaning if not satisfied. Upon payment in full we will return and correct any issues you may have. You agreed and signed that invoice, you agreed to paying $400 for the three pieces of 20 LF of upholstery cleaning at $20 per LF. Again, We wish we could of met your needs however we apparently fell short. We performed services, expended gas and solutions, time etc. No Charge. If you would like us to return we will be happy to, just pay your invoice of $400.00 in full and we as professionals will return and re-clean the two sofas and finish the other. Or, if you have a change of heart and feel that your expectations were met than we will be happy to except the amount of $260.00 as payment in full for services rendered on the two completed sofas. As professionals, we always take before and after pics on all jobs as well as document and file all signed paperwork. By the way, how do you consider rating value for money a (1.0) when you didn't pay any. Thanks"
