Showplace Pools

I had my entire pool renovated; plaster, new tile and flagstone around the deck and coping. The project was a disaster from day one. The owner of Showplace Pool was a nice man in general but was rarely seen at the job site and that's when problems began. The largest headache was the flagstone. After being convinced that we have the flagstone installed that's what we chose. Shortly after the install the flagstone started dropping fragments and dust in the pool. These fragments and dust was sticking to the newly applied plaster. In short, the pool became a huge disaster and after many, many calls to Showplace pools he refused to return my calls. In the meantime I have encountered additional costs to get these ridiculous and unsightly stains removed. Even today some stains still exist. The bad part too, Home Advisor contacted me and said they would reach out to Showplace Pools and get me some help. I have never heard from Home Advisor. Be wary consumers, please.

We replaced the coping, and then re-plastered our pool. Tim was good to work with, maintained the schedule and and the pool looks great. I would recommend Showplace for any pool remodeling project.

There were a few hiccups caused by the weather and our decking drains but Tim constantly communicated with us. Tim and his crew under committed and over delivered. He did a beautiful job and we were very pleased.

I was not sure what to expect as this was my first time to have major work done on my pool. After getting 5 quotes, I decided to have my pool re-plastered by Showplace Pools. Tim (owner) was very helpful. I found Tim was honest and stuck to his word. I will say that he is very busy (which is expected at this time of the year), however, he is quick to return phone calls and texts. To my surprise, he was willing to coach me on a pool light installation I decided to do on my own. The pool looks great...and even happier that I was able to install the lights on my own (with his coaching). I will hire him for future work.

Great company the owner Tim outstanding, has a great crew of guys. Would highly recommend. Exceptional work, job complete on time. Went above and beyond.

Very honest and professional. Tim the owner is involved in every step of the remodel and even does some of the work himself. The work was a quality job and it was a good value. I would highly recommend Tim and his team.

I had some questions after the work. Tim addressed the questions thoroughly and offered great advice. He has a customer for life.
