I appreciated talking with the contractor before the plants went in. I had done some research on my own and he was very accommodations. I also appreciate his opinion on a curved garden vs one that is straight, it really added visual appeal to the house.

We were very pleased with Bill and all his crew. They worked very hard and made sure we were pleased with everything they did. They laid out the whole project before planting and asked our opinion on every aspect of the project. If we wanted to change something, they did it with a smile. Showtime kept within our budget and made our yard look fabulous. We would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional and personable landscaper.

We gave them a $1000. deposit and had a signed contract with them to start work on April 29th come April 29th they were a no show and would not return phone calls They only returned our call after threats of law enforcement on them. The showed up LATE the next day and the 1 day job took almost a week. They also did not provide 3 citrus trees that was in the contract stating they were under quarenteen Ha Ha Ha We went to Walmart and found them there and bought them and deducted off the biill . The forman also told me that i could pull all the flags up as the lawn curbing crew would not dig and didnt need them... Bull Crap they dug trenches

"The customer called one time that day didn't hear the phone call it had rained a lot that week and got behind schedule like everyone else does from time to time. As far as the citrus trees were concerned my supplier informed me the ones they wanted that were not 3 gal walmart specials they were 25 gallon 5 foot tall plant were temporarily on hold the customer refused to wait one day longer for the plants. Yes the job took longer than anticipated due to unforeseen like rain curbing can not be laid if rain is coming that day. The calling the law after only being an hour late on the day of the job was a little rude. Hope pizza man is never late"

Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Reasonable cost for the job. Willing to hear about the customers approach to the project and ready to go beyond the job to make the customer satisfied. The only issue was that I had to call from time to time to see just where the project was in the completion stage. More followup with the customer would be helpful. Time will tell if the sod catches hold . During the very hard rain it seems as though the grading is working to channel the water between the yards and into the gutter. Thanks Bill

Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping
My back yard was re-graded to prevent water from coming into the back porch. Bill @ Showtime Landscaping was prompt and courteous. Three weeks after the work was done a heavy rain showed water running back toward the porch. I contacted Bill, he came by to check it out, and returned the next day with equipment to resolve the problem. Using water hoses we could see the water draining away from the porch. I believe that the problem has been solved. I would definitely call him in the future for more landscaping.

To summarize, the project neexded new plant material, including hardy perrinials for full sun, purchas of a large palm, selction and transportation of large, three heavy limestone rocks, transplantation of an existing tree, ground mulch and site evaluiation/recommendations.
