I had an electrical inspection as recommended by home inspector for potential home purchase. I noticed time stamp was incorrect on report due to miscommunication from their home office and inspector..we spent lest than half hour on property and the inspection was seemingly superficial and mimicked (peek a boo look) what inspector had noted. I was under the impression I would get a more in-depth analysis of the electrical and rough estimate of costs. Long story short all I received was a verbal confirmation of not knowing what lies behind the wall amd could not provide estimate for repairs or what if scenarios..and then to have a completely BLANK inspection report follow just felt like a rip off for what I had already been told from home inspector. Good customer service throughout in regards to pleasantries but I wonder if I was too passive trusting I'd get answers. Needless to say I didn't purchase the home because of non negotiating seller & electrical concerns. Great company I think I'll just be more direct in my expectations.

I was quoted $79 to $129 for my project. When they came out they wanted to charge $220. When I questioned it, the technician called the marketing man I talked to and ended up charging $129. The tech said the show up charge is $70 alone.

Got same day service after being put off for 3 days by another company. Very nice and got the job done. A little higher than I expected but worth it to get someone dependable.

I did not expect to pay as much as I did for the work performed that was completed in less than 20 minutes. A bit pricey but I need not ask for a quote prior to service. Overall the service was good.

Make sure you explain your project completely prior to their arrival. I wanted a light installed primarily above my bar and they could not do it due to the support beam. I had them do the secondary job but feel I didn't explain and get an understanding prior. Communication is the key. What they completed was fabulous.

Todd, the gentleman that did all my fixture installations did a great job with my 3 electrical projects. Very professional and has years of experience. BUT..... I have a problem with the LED light strips under my cabinet falling down. I have tried cleaning the area where it sticks, but still falls down! Don't know what to do...would like some advice
