This contractor was honest and straightforward, no indecisive run around over the job. I was informed during the project and work was up to expectations. I have already reccommended to 2 people.

Seems like my experience was the exception, as Shut It, LLC had very good reviews. Project was completed & the work was good; however, had a few issues along the way. #1 was basically a communication issue, whereas the cleanup & finishing touches took what I considered to be a long time to get done and it sometimes took a week or more to get an email returned. Again, I believe they were just super busy but that doesn't excuse the lack of communication. Other issue was a mistake was made in the materials used (pvc lumber vs. wood), a discount was given but I still would have preferred that the job be completed as planned.

He and his crew left my property better than they found it, making sure that there were no materials left behind- in fact, there was no trace of them after the work was done! Contractor responded to initial inquiry regarding siding repair quickly, was frequently available for questions, completed the work in the time frame indicated, and did the work for a reasonable cost. The contractor was professional and the work was well done. The contractor did not attempt to sell us on work or products which were not requested. Great to work with!
