Still waiting for my shutters to be delivered and installed since October 5, 2020. Clay was a wonderful guy to work with in taking the order and my $2076.82 deposit, but now I don't know if he is ill or even alive! The ShutterUp telephone number is Clay's personal number and any calls go to a full mailbox. Also, you cannot access their website any longer. I will be glad to change this rating if only I could get my order delivered and installed soon. Does anyone know what has happened to Clay and his company?

Highly recommended - did a wonderful job and was able to frame our shutters in a way that did not cover our moldings. We plan to use Clay for our remaining windows this year.

When I engaged Shutter Up after a referral from Home Advisor, I expected to replace 6 of my 9 window blinds as they were no longer functioning. I couldn t open or close them, some of the headers had come off and some of the tie downs had broken. Clay, the owner, came expecting to give me an estimate for new window treatments. However, when he took a look at my existing blinds he suggested he could probably repair them since they were otherwise in really good condition. He did exactly that right then and there! Now, he could have just as easily sold me 6 new window treatments, but he did the right thing. How rare a commodity that is these days! Clay was personable, knowledgeable and very professional. I would highly recommend Shutter Up and I will definitely use them again when I do need new window treatments.
