I didnt find him very professional. He was never on time to any of our appointments. He was ill the week after he picked up our shutters, but no one informed us of this to account for the delay. Original estimate was 7-10 days, it was just installed two months later. He blamed me for the delay at one point. I can understand having an emergency but there was no contingency place to take care of the customer. Only after telling him I would pick up the shutters myself did he come to install.

I got some awesome Hunter-Douglas motorized blinds. Took a long time to get (they are custom) but it was well worth it.
