I ordered shutters for all the windows in my house. When they came in, one of the windows from the manufacturer was wrong, so I have shutters on all windows but one. When I called, the representative was more concerned about getting additional money than on the fact I would have to wait 6-8 more weeks for another shutter. In his defense, he ultimately called back and apologized for not acknowledging the inconvenience to me. However, in addition to this, he indicated the shutters would be caulked around the frames and the installer hadn't been notified. It wasn't done. It is my hope it will get done when the last window is installed.
