Authentic Blinds & Shutters

Worst company and owner I have ever come in contact with. And sadly we work less than a minute from each other. Hire this company to install all matching colored shades 7000.00. I did not see the final product before install and didnt even know installer was coming. Sadly some shades were different color. Andy the owner not a nice fella at ALL! Just be warned!!!!!

Andy came out and gave a quote the same day that I submitted the request. Not only was he the most competitive quote that we received, but he also had the quickest turnaround time. We are beyond pleased with the service received and the quality of the work done. We have already referred some of our friends and family and will be a customer for life.

When I contacted him, I am not happy with him, he blew it off, I am very unhappy with the service he provided, and he was unprofessional.

Andy came out quickly after I called and the shutter repairs were taken care of the same week! They look great. Andy and his assistant are pleasant and efficient!

Would not recommend Authentic Blinds. While the outdoor shades turned out very nice, the indoor shades installed in my home were extremely disappointing in quality, especially considering the investment and caliber of my home. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of transparency after installation. The installer refused to provide detailed information about the blinds that were installed, which made the experience even more concerning. In addition, working with Andy was very difficult. Pricing changed multiple times throughout the process, and communication often became unnecessarily confrontational over minor issues. Overall, the experience lacked the professionalism, consistency, and product quality I expected.

The job was done correctly and efficiently?.However, there was a huge miscommunication regarding trip charges and repairs. Regardless of the lack of clarity, I paid the invoice as was submitted to me, yet Andy sent a subsequent text requesting payment by the close of business. The tone of the text, in my opinion was unprofessional. My husband agreed with me, after reading the entire thread. Andy committed to a refund. At the very least, I feel that half of my money should be returned to me since only one part of my project was completed and expectations were not clearly defined. A valuable lesson moving forward, as I still have a blind that is in need of repair. I

Authentic Blinds & Shutters is the actual company that did the work. I like that they did not charge for coming out to give a quote. At first it started out as a shutter repair, turned out the shutters were too old and required replacement. Within a week the shutters were built but turned out to be slightly too big. Within a few days, the new shutters were made and installed. Andy was pleasant to work with. Should I need any other window coverings, I will be sure to call him.

I got a free estimate within a day of them contacting me. Andy worked with me to choose best options/design and was able go get my order installed within 3 weeks. I got 3 other quotes and they were by far the most affordable. I highly recommend them and will be using them again for our Phase 2 project soon. Thanks again Andy!
