I generally donâ t write reviews but I feel the need to warn others of what Iâ ve experienced dealing with Sibert Pro. I hired them to build a 2 car garage on my property. I initially had multiple different contractors and companies out to give quotes. The Sibert representative that I had dealt with in the beginning of this process was very persistent and reached out regularly to convince me to choose their company, which I did. He came out immediately for me to sign the contract with the promise that the build would begin in â 3-4 weeks or soonerâ and would only take a few days to complete once started. This timeline is even indicated right on our contract. Thatâ s the only reason I chose them, because their timeline was the best. After signing the contract mid September and paying a $10,000 down payment, communication with the company was almost completely absent. The person I signed the contract with said he would provide me with an invoice that shows I made the down payment later that same day. It took him over 3 weeks to even provide me with a receipt, and only after I called and messaged him multiple times for 3 weeks requesting the receipt. The same representative would tell me that they were coming this day and that day but never showed up. This happened nearly a dozen times that he would message me and say theyâ re coming but never show up. They never even reached out to tell me they werenâ t coming. They just no-showed. I then started communicating with a different person from the company but that wasnâ t much better. I was told each week for 8+ weeks that the project would begin that week but nothing ever began. Itâ s now been over 13 weeks since signing the contract and the project never started. Over the weeks, I reached out to Sibert Pro multiple times expressing that if the project is too much to take on, or if theyâ re that far behind, that I would be fine with taking my refund and hiring another company. However, they kept promising that it would begin that week, and that week just never came. After over 12 weeks and multiple missed deadlines that they promised they would be started and finished by had passed, I ended up demanding my money back. Then they kept telling me that theyâ ll send my refund this day or that day. I sent 8 messages and an email over the course of over a week before I even got a confirmation for a refund. I even got to the point that I consulted with my attorney and was prepared to take legal action because of how many times they brushed me off with the project and then with giving my money back. It took a total of 11 days of me asking each day for my refund before I got it. I always try to give companies, especially local businesses, the benefit of the doubt but this company was awful to deal with and made such a multitude of false promises that I had to share my experience in hopes that others donâ t fall for what I did. I found them to be extremely unreliable, dishonest, and quite unprofessional. If they were honest from the beginning and communicated that they weâ re running behind or wouldnâ t be able to do the job, I would be much less upset. But they kept guaranteeing me each week that it would begin that week, and it just never did. Then they waited until winter when it was too late to even begin to admit they wouldnâ t be able to do it. I could have had another company do it months ago and have it finished for winter but Sibert Pro conned me.

Very professional! They replaced the roof on my house and garage in the middle of winter! The price could not be beat. I am impressed with the quality of work and wholeheartedly recommended them to anyone who asks!

Great crew, great materials and great customer service. Vinny said heâ d take care of our roof and he did just that. 11/10. Would recommend to anyone that needs a roof put on.

These guys worked in some of the worst winter weather N. E. Ohio has to offer. They kept in contact due to weather related delays. They completed the job as quuickly as could be expected. The roof looks fantastic and we have received many positive comments. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Kevien of N Kingsville Ohio Found this company through another resource for a emergency roof repair. His price was fair and decided to have them tear off the whole bad section and reflash it the way I wanted it done and reroof and put in new ridgevent. He did whole job from quote to finished in under 24hrs. Very satisfied and even just signed contract to tear off and do remainder of the house roof and garage roof as soon as the weather gets better. Did the job perfect and very fast and cleaned everything up to a tee.

They were great they came during a rain storm and fix my roof stop the leak very happy thanks again

We not only had one roof put on, but two. We had a shingled roof put on the house, and then a metal roof put on the huge barn. On top of that, they installed a new front door, and a set of French doors. These guys were fantastic! The price was very reasonable, they were very professional. Very prompt also. There was absolutely no sign of any garbage or anything when they left even! It was like the roofing fairies came in, conquered and left! They worked in the rain, they worked when it was snowing. They did not stop. We were so appreciative of them, that on their first day, pizza was served to them! I highly recommend them to everybody!
