Mark was on time as scheduled. Make sure you are clear about every surface you want power washed, as we anticipated things that he does not, such as the underneath of our deck over our backyard patio.

"Please note, the sunroom above the back patio wasn't originally included due to having only a hand full of spider webs and didn't have any signs of green algae and/or stains. The area under the deck, the ground is dirt/mud and yes, the underside had signs of algae, but again wasn't in the original quote. This was requested by the homeowner to complete during the time we were there and was completed at no additional charge. As well as we were asked to clean off the top of a roof under another deck area that was cleaned off at no additional charge and wasn't in the original quote. We completely go over all areas to be soft/power washed during the quoting process via phone conversation. Sorry our customer wasn't completely satisfied, but we completed three additional areas that wasn't on the original quote at no additional charge. We will strive to make sure all customers are completely satisfied and we will increase our verbal/written process to include and make sure we are clear to help our customer receive the best service we can provide. This company is awesome. Everything Mark said he would do...he did. He was on time and just a joy to have doing work that my husband use to do. We are 82 and 77 years old and it was refreshing to have an honest man working at our home. Mark and his son power washed our home and it sparkles. Mark was also able to refer a painter to us who we will use because we trust Mark's referral. This is the first time we used HomeAdvisor and we are really happy that we did.

Discussed several small exterior projects for 3 story TH. The two jobs Sidejobs did not undertake were for project roof related. The job that was executed was the removal of algea from the exterior of my home (both vinyl siding and brick). Basically, my house look brand new upon completion. Even the painted areas were refreshed with the special solution Mark used. Basically, saving me from hiring a painting contractor. Highly recommend the services of Sidejobs The Handyman Group.
