We hired them to paint our newly purchased home. It was no small task. They were hired to paint all wall, trim, doors, windows, etc...We did not live in the home full time then so we were very casual about the work being done - no big asks, just get the job done well. It took almost two months. It started off wonderfully!!! An older gentleman came almost daily and steady painted doing an amazing and careful job. After about 3 weeks he stopped coming and they sent a younger man. It was clear then that the work to a monumental nose dive. It slowed considerably and it was often clear nobody had been there to do work for entire weeks at a time. Eventually, the called us to do a walk through. When the man arrived to do the walk through all he did was argue with me. I pointed out obvious errors: only one coat of paint, a place where the window pane dividers had been broken (my favorite part is that we were never given any kind of curtesy or notice about this - they were just left in the trash), holes that had not been filled in, etc...At every turn it was an argument or an excuse, so calling this meeting a "walk through" was absurd. At one point he agreed to come and do a small amount of touch up work and he never even did all of it! This was over a year ago and the longer we live in the house the more apparent the issues are! They didn't sand when painting any of the wood work, there are places hay visibly one cost of paint, many many holes were never filled in. The worst is where they painted our stairs. The tape was left on so long or it was the wrong tape and it ruined the finish on the wood floors. I am not a fancy person and I believe in paying people fairly for their work. If we began work and needs to renegotiate the bid I would have been open to it. That's not what happened. I am so sad that I spent so much of my budget on such a terrible paint job and I wouldn't recommend these folks to anyone. Maybe they are better at basic jobs, but I wouldn't trust them to accurately represent what they are willing and able to do

My screen room looks so beautiful. Steve and the team worked with me to find the exact color that matched the tile floor.. Painting was completed in time frame they estimated. Very happy.

Excellent work,completed as agreed, they will be my go to painters from ever!! I have had many painters in the past some ok others I wished I had not hired them. All of the HomeAdvisor contractors I have used have been excellent.
