Sides Restoration

It hasn't been a good experience with Sides Restoration. They won't give you an itemized invoice of materials purchased. Their contractors have caused multiple damages to my home and appliances. And their contracts are poorly written of what is included, and what the job will ultimately cost. I don't recommend them.

Nate and his team were professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Sides Restoration to family and friends.

Fast, professional, personable service

This company is amazing to work with. I've hired many different contractors over the years, and I've had good experiences and bad ones along the way. Nate Sides and his team are fantastic. Communication was great, all the work was competed in a very timely fashion and there was excellent attention to detail. I would definitely hire them again, and likely I will next time my home needs any renovation or updating.

The Team from Sides were great after Hurricane Florence, Nate and his team came in removed the wet drywall and carpet. The same day had the new drywall up and drying out the rest of the house.

Nate Sides, owner of Sides Restoration handled the water damage mitigation and restoration of my rental property in Raleigh, NC. Nate is by far the most professional, efficient and timely contractor I could have wanted to walk through this very scary process with. I say scary because I have absolutely no experience in managing the kind of job that I needed to have done. As it was, Nate handled every phase of the project from the water damage mitigation to the entire renovation of the house. He kept me informed at every step of the job, allowing me to remain in full control of the job. The property has gained significant value as Nate hired individuals and companies to handle the process of repairing and upgrading the building where feasible. The custom-built cabinetry and the new tiles and showers in both bathrooms are striking in appearance. My rental property is far more attractive to tenants now than it was before the damage occurred. I am giving Sides Restoration 4-Stars. The main level of my home flooded and after the water mitigation had been done I knew that I had to choose a Contractor to help rebuild my home. Well I did receive a referral from my water mitigation company however that didn’t work out-and while I was searching for the best contractor I found Nate from Sides Restoration. Nate helped me through the insurance claim process; helped me pick out some upgrades for my home and he made sure that my home was made whole again. The major work was completed in about 3 weeks and my home is beautiful again; worked performed new lower wood cabinets; sheetrock replacement; new porcelain tile; new decorative backsplash and carpets. We were able to match the paint color chosen when I purchased my home. Nate helped me to move furniture; hang heavy picture which technically was NOT his responsibility but he was willing and able to help. I would definitely hire Sides Restoration again.

In Oct. 2016, Hurricane Matthew chose to hammer our house with three large trees from our neighbor's yard. Nate Sides/Sides Restoration had us back in our house within 4 months (very reasonable for the amount of damage). Sides is great to work with; they provide quality construction and use high quality materials. We have been back in our house for 4 months and couldn't be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

As soon as I went on Home Advisor, within 5 minutes I got a call, and an appointment. We agreed on a time and a price. He was there on time. He also followed my specifications. If he saw he was running late, he kept me apprised. I could not have asked for a better job professional, he did exactly what I asked him to do.

My house was under construction for some time, given the extent of the damage and the subsequent remodeling. Nate made the process as stress free as possible. He was accessible, went through all the costs with me, and showed ways for me to save money. I recommend this company without any reservations.
