We have over 20 years of experience in Siding work. While we do small repairs we do have a minimum charge of $350 to do simple repairs plus any materials. We specialize in whole house Siding remodels and we do a lot of multi family remodels and commercial building work. We do work in vinyl, steel . aluminum, fiber cement and all wood siding, stone, st ucco and brick. We offer same day site visits and one day estimating in most cases at no charge. We do some small repair work that we will warranty. We carry all necessary insurances and licenses to perform the work we do. We are Denver Better Business Bureau accredited .

Wood or Fiber Cement Siding Repair or Partial Replacement
Sam was good about coming out and quoting right away. He was fair in his pricing and kept me in the loop throughout the project which I very much appreciated. The installers however did things their way versus what was quoted and instructed. Unfortunately that meant short cuts. The panel was cut improperly and then just patched over with caulking and an odd looking drip edge was installed above just that panel so is now an eye sore. Although I do appreciate the quick turn around and flexibility in scheduling I am a bit disappointed in the results.

Deck or Porch Repair
This company failed to do they work they quoted and I payed for them to do, not to mention the owner Jim yelled at my and called me names for bringing my concerns to his attention. They did not stain my deck as quoted, only coated it with an oil protectant, they left all my decK furniture all over my lawn and had terrible communication through the entire process. I will never hire this company again and I recommend you don't either.

"Hello, We are sorry you don't like our work. Please specify how we failed to do the work quoted. The owner did not yell at you and call you any names. The deck stain used on your deck was appropriate deck stain. No one said anything about things being left out or anything else when we visited the property. What is it you are after now? This is slanderous saying we did not complete our contract. Please remove this from this website. If you do not like us then fine, you are welcome to write in your truthful experiences."

Had extensive hail damage to my home that was not able to be patched. Sean and his team were able to tear down all the siding, add vapor barrier that was not done at all by the home builder and put in new vinyl siding around the whole house in about 3 days. Quality of the work was great along with a great fair price. Great Job!

I found out that I had a leak on Saturday. Sean was out Sunday and they had work going Monday, project was finished Tuesday. I was in need of a speedy recovery and they certainly provided that. Also as a nervous nellie concerned about water damage and making sure everything was done properly, they were always available to answer questions and scheduled a walk through at the end to make sure I was satisfied with their work. I believe their prices were competitive as well. I did not necessarily get many bids because I was on a time crunch. My siding looks beautiful and my old dingy house is looking close to new again! I'm very satisfied with my experience and customer service.

Jim did a thorough review of the wind damaged vinyl siding on the west side of my home and determined the necessary materials needed for the repair. He worked effectively with my insurance company to help me process my claim. My claim was approved and it allowed for repairs that made this wall stronger to resist the high winds we have in the Colorado mountains in winter. The installation crew was polite and professional and quickly completed the job in a high quality manner including the clean up. Throughout the process Jim communicated with me regularly to update me on its progress and always considered my concerns. I felt like we were a team and I understood the details of the job. We had the pleasure of working with Siding Repairs LLC. Prior to the actual work, Sean & Jim, the individuals that performed the estimate of repairs, were extremely professional and informative about the process. We felt the quote was fair for the amount of work and time needed to complete the repairs. On repair day the team worked diligently but fast as our work was completed in one day. We were very impressed with the quality and the attention to detail from the crew. They also left the job site clean and free of debris. Although they were not the least expensive, we would not hesitate to use them again and strongly refer them to others.

We had someone drive by and shoot many homes in the neighborhood with frozen paintballs, and we had about 20 holes in the siding. Siding Repairs came out promptly, gave an estimate, and the work was done the following day! Extremely Fast! They replaced the damaged panes, and matched the style and color perfectly! You can't tell where the new ones are! We are Very satisfied, and I would recommend them! Thank you Jim!
