I called around to 15 different companies to get a sliding screen door installed. All of which were very unhelpful because I didn’t purchase the sliding glass door from them (I bought the property as a new build). The owner at Koehler called me back and took the time to explain to me what I needed to do in order to get a sliding screen door. Although he wasn’t a seller of the specific brand of glass doors I have installed, he took the time on the phone with me to explain what I needed to do in order to get the sliding screen door. He even went as far as recommending another local company who does work with my specific brand of glass doors. I would highly recommend Koehler on customer service alone. For any future needs that I may have I will certainly be calling them.

Koehler replaced our windows 2 years ago. A problem with one of the windows came up and I contacted Toby from Koehler Jacksonville. He sent a technician out immediately and fixed the problem with no financial requirement. Great service, standing by their product.

John was our sales rep, great guy, honest, and helped us get the best price and quality for our needs. Carl and CJ were our installation team and they were great. They are experienced and talented and were able to deal with the challenges that my 30 year old windows presented. We did have a long wait for our windows, but that was due to Covid 19 and its effect on the manufacturer. Very happy, would recommend Koehler Homes to anyone looking for replacement windows
