If you need appliance repair Tim is your guy. We found water all over our kitchen floor late one night, called Tim first thing the next morning. He got right back to us and told us he could stop by later that evening. He kept us posted as he had a bunch of other jobs lined up, but kept his word and showed up at 9:00 pm. Who does that now days. He not only diagnosed the problem but educates you along the way. Told us he would have to order some parts, it would take a few days. He called me at noon a few days later saying parts were in would tonight be ok. 5 stars are not enough. Give the man 20. Job well done, Thanks Tim.

Fortunate to have him in Bellingham. He disassembled my refrigerator and determined the problem. Completely knows what he is doing and again super thankful that he made or had the time for me to repair my Subzero refrigerator.

After spending several hours trying to install my new oven myself and 3 trips to Lowes, I called because I seemed to have damaged the local shutoff valve. I was preparing to have the whole houses gas shut off for the night as it was already 4:30 but Tim was able to get to me that night, fix my shut off valve, and get my oven hooked up despite my somewhat unique gas line situation. He clearly knows his stuff, just looking at my refrigerator as he left he was able to correctly tell that I had a model that has issues with the ice maker and told me what part causes the issue. I will definitely be calling him again next time I get myself in to deep pretending I'm a handyman.

If anyone needs appliance repair - use these guys! I put a callback request in the morning and within an hour they called. He was able to get out here and fix the issue with my washer that evening. To have it fixed the same day was amazing! Knowledgable, friendly, and goes above and beyond. I will definitely use them again!

Efficient and professional repair on the dryer. A very personable young man, I also consulted him about difficulties with our Wolf stove. He promptly opened it up, made a diagnosis, and said he would order a part that would take 3 days to arrive. Three weeks later I called and left a message on his phone wondering if there was a problem.........it's been months now, and I've still never heard back (I had someone else fix it). Interesting way to conduct business........

He could find nothing really wrong with my washer, but did adjust the feet to get is squarely on the floor. Works better now, doing heavy rugs. Nice guy.

He provided expert level analysis of a Thermador oven heating issue and was able to diagnose and resolve the issue over the phone, and incredibly did not even charge for his service. Tim was excellent! He diagnosed the problem right away and saved me a repair charge by knowing quickly that my washing machine was not repairable.

Unfortunately the issue was terminal, but the tech still stayed an hour and a half doing a comprehensive diagnosis and explanation of what was wrong. It was then my choice to have him get replacement parts and fix or just replace the unit.

Tim, the service man was extremely knowledgeable, very personable and polite,he even wiped up gunk that was on the floor under my dryer. He even explained to me how it all works. I will recommend him to anybody who is looking for an appliance repair man. I am very, very satisfied!

Tim was great. i originally missed his call and called him back leaving a voice mail he promptly called me back even though it was later in the afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and had a good idea of what the issue was before even coming to see it. he was able to come out the next day and fix the dryer quickly. He was very reasonably priced and very professional. i will definitely keep him in mind for an future issues on repairs and highly recommend him.

Tim was prompt in replying to my request to fix a dryer that wasn't heating. He then provided guidance so that I could troubleshoot the problem myself. He saved me a lot of money as the part was inexpensive and the repair was simple enough for me to perform myself. I would definitely recommend Tim to others.
