New shingle roofs were installed on Dec. 21, 2023 and 2 days later it leaked when it rained. Several attempts to contact Andre Castro, the owner hired by us and with whom we signed the contract through phone calls or text messages were either ignored or unresponsive.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Andre and the Sienna team gave us a beautiful roof and an amazingly positive experience. From waiting patiently while we had obstructive trees removed, to making an extra trip with samples for us to select tiles and color, the service was above and beyond. Andre was the only bidder (of 3 companies) who actually walked the roof to assess the work and materials needed, and he was also the only one who actually listened to us - what we wanted and what we were concerned about - and made sure we understood exactly what was involved in practical terms -- the work, the timing, the workers, the disturbance. All the materials were delivered the afternoon before, and just at dawn the crew showed up and started work. Everything was completed by mid-afternoon and the grounds were left spotless. A new roof is probably the most important home maintenance, and Andre and his crew understand and respect that -- they are the BEST!!

Andre Castro is extremely professional and knowledgeable and I was delighted to have selected his company to replace my roof. Andre came 3 times to my home to discuss the job in details prior to installation, which none of the 3 other roofers I contacted ever did. He helped me select the best roof for my house and was extremely helpful throughout the process. I am very pleased with the job, the roof was installed in one day and looks great. Andre and his team have just replaced our roof in Sugar Land with Owens Corning duration shingles. We feel very lucky to find Sienna Roofing and are really pleased with the work they have done. The owner Andre Castro is honest, highly professional and a delight to work with. My request was for a roof inspection/maintenance which he scheduled and completed within a few days of the initial call. The roof was in good shape, no additional repairs needed, no up-sell. Highly recommend!

The bad part they left trash for a week in the yard Andre had to come pick it up. Still had to trash what was left. Still waiting for someone to put the phone line back. They had to take it down to replace the wood. Still waiting for someone to come back and give me a price on the wood I need to replace the good wood was replaced over it. And also left a opening on the side.

Upon our request, Andre and his partner immediately came to inspect our roof and sent us a project proposal overnight with detailed descriptions of materials, work steps and extents involved in the project as well as warranty information. After discussing the project with them in person and accepting their proposal, they scheduled the project work right way in earliest date allowed. Their crew worked very efficiently and professionally and did a fantastic job to install an Integrity Roofing System for us in just one day! They were also willing to address all our concerns and requests and worked them out as we desired during the working process. The results are amazing. We are very satisfied and happy to see our new beautiful and high-quality roof replaced our old one. Our neighborhood houses were built in the almost same time, some have replaced theirs and some are looking for new roofing projects. There is simply no enough space to even start praising Sienna Roofing, Andre and his crew. Once the project was done, Wow! was an understatement. We got everything we asked for and more. They even pressure-washed the driveway and blew the gutter for us. Two of our neighbors came in and were very impressed with the work done by Andre and I am sure that if they havenâ t already done their roof that they would be talking to Andre.. Other bidders came in cheaper and offered more warranty but we chose to go with Andre for his expert knowledge, confidence, and dedication. We will definitely be recommending Sienna Roofing to friends and families every opportunity we get. Ande was very professional and caring towards myself and his work. He explained all to where as I could understand. No question about any aspect of materials or the actual job was unexplained in regards to Andre. He responds to his messages or phone calls in a timely fashion.
