Brent from Sienna roofing met with me and the insurance adjuster to have a look at the roof. Brent helped me to get some things covered that would not have been otherwise and pointed out issues that got me a lower deductible. The roof was starting to leak so he moved me up in line and we got the roof installed just a day later. The team was very good and got it all done in a day easily. They cleaned up very well afterwards also. Sienna roofing upgraded the materials for my roof as well and it appears I may be able to get a premium discount for these higher value materials they used. No wind speed limit due to the added accessories, lifetime limit. Also a 25 year algae resistance warranty, etc. I highly recommend Sienna.

Sun Energy Construction (our Contractor) and Alternative solar (our installers) both filed for bankruptcies. I called Sienna for help when 25 of my Microinverters were not working. They handled the issue by remote access, talked to Enphase, and my system back to working order. They are professional, courtious, and helpful.

Nick and Andre were very patient with me, flexible in allaying all my initial apprehensions and concerns with the terms of the project agreement. They listened, reassured, and followed through enthusiastically from beginning to end, ...ensuring ultimately that “no nail nor shingle was out-of-place.” Nick kept communication channels open and cadence consistent for all my inquiries. Their installers, fabricators, and inspectors were on time, thorough, and finished the entire project within a day ...going the extra mile to ensure all minor imperfections identified after substantial completion were completely addressed.
