    I was extremely disappointed. We live 55 miles from Springfield and Ron charged us $290 just for the service call. I understand needing to charge for the long distance, but he could have taken an Uber for less than that! Also, we needed a part and he was going to charge us another $290 to get the part and come back out, on top of the part and labor cost. I think that is highway robbery (literally!) If he did not want to come this far he should have just said so. $290 was just way overkill!

    It is our goal at Sierra Pool & Spa Repair to provide the best service in the industry. It's very disappointing when we have a customer who is not completely satisfied with the service we provide. We are always upfront and quote the trip charge over the phone to travel to areas outside our local area and Pittsburgh MO is one of those out of area calls for us. Mrs. Smith was 144 miles round trip from our location and 2 hours and 40 minutes round trip driving time. Our trip charge always includes the diagnosis. On this occasion, Mrs. Smith was the only service call we had in the Pittsburgh area. We will always be willing to work with the customer.

    Sierra is the best !! I needed my Hot Tub fix, they called before they came, showed up on time and had my tub fix and going within 30 minutes. Professional, Knowledgeable, and very nice to deal with. I've had many other people over the years come work on my stuff, and most are unproffessional that want to show how smart they are and try to make you feel dump -Jody- But Sierra is the upmost in professionalism. My go to Guys from now on !!
