Spoke with Sarah (one of the owners) on the phone. She is very professional & set up an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. Met her husband Arnoldo. He is polite, a good listener, and easy to talk to. Gave me a very fair proposal for the work that needed to be done. I also liked that they have an arborists on their staff, Gerry. He was the lead person and all three men did an excellent job with the trimming of the six trees. They cleaned up all the areas when they were done. I would definitely recommend Sierra Tree Company. PS. I called two other companies for estimates. One was a hand-written estimate but with not much detail in what they would actually do. When I asked the estimator to put a little more detail as to what they would actually do, he said maybe you should get somebody else. (Sierra Tree sent me a detailed easy to read invoice to my email.). The last company gave me a price verbally. I asked him to have his office send me the estimate to my email. Never got an estimate.

Arnoldo and his team did a great job trimming and pruning a number of oaks on my property. The initial estimate was detailed and competitive. They even finished the work a half day early, so the final cost was under the quoted estimate. Communication was great throughout, crew was hard working and friendly. Will definitely continue to use them for ongoing tree maintenance.

Arnoldo and his crew did an excellent job cutting down two trees overhanging my house and grinding both stumps. I definitely will use Sierra Tree Company again.

Sierra Tree helped us when we needed it most. During a storm with high winds, we had several branches from our redwood tree come down on Christmas morning. One limb landed on my son's car, totalling it, and two narrowly missed hitting our house. Sierra responded right away and began work the next day. They were punctual, worked late and were considerate of my neighbors in regards to noise and inconvenience. Prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend this company.

They promptly answered my call with a staff member that scheduled the initial visit. Their bid was competitive and provided quickly. Arnoldo was on the job at the promised starting time and reviewed the requested work with me one more time and then communicated it with his crew. The crew worked with focus, energy and skill. Sierra Tree Co. was simply excellent in all phases of the job.

Gerry was communicative and kept me up to date. The crew was conscientious about keeping the area cleaned up.

Arnoldo is a very good communicator and responsive to all my questions, His crew is very hard working and skilled, I appreciated all of them in both the small job they did and in the larger felling of four large dead trees.

Arnoldo is so nice, answered all my questions and even made some last-minute changes to the job order with the new quote for doing everything. I highly recommend this company and referred them to my daughters family for some work they need doing.
