After the initial issues - I was not scheduled as had been agreed to and Jesus had to make some quick rearranging to have someone do the work - all went well. I was pleased with the work - although my morning was sort of shot - and the poor guy who was double-booked to take care of my project was apologetic, good humored, and didn't skimp on attention to detail. He did a great job!

I will definitely use their services again.

The work is scheduled for 4 weeks from now as soon as I move from this house to a new house. He will, after today's interview, also be working at the new house twice a month. I am certain that his work here will be exactly what I am looking for and that I will be having him take on the new house.

They followed my land lords move out checklist to a T and when they were all finished they were on stand by incase there was anything that didn't go well with my final walk though!

They arrived and gave me an estimate for 3 carpeted rooms with small hallway, an area rug, and a general mopping of the tile floors. The price seemed fair, though 2 1/2 yrs earlier it was $20 cheaper for the same carpeted 3 rooms and hallway. They arrived during the scheduled time for the carpet cleaning, but was told the tile floor mopping would happen in the afternoon. That was not workable for me. I wish I had known this in advance. I thought all work would be done during my scheduled time. The rugs did come out looking great!

The owner came and gave me an estimate, fully explaining the scope of the service and who would do the work (mostly women who had formerly worked in the hospitality industry). We agreed on a date and time, but on that day, the service called at 8:00 am to say they would be late. Somehow, the dispatcher thought my appointment was for 8:00, but it was actually for 10:30. So I wasn't really ready for them. As it turned out, three workers came at 10:00 and worked for four hours. The charge was $280, which seemed reasonable for a deep cleaning (including windows, inside and out). I'd say the work was quite professionally done, and I'd probably hire this company again. Apart from the mix-up about the start time, my only other "complaint" would be that crews came in two vehicles and both were parked in my driveway, blocking my egress. When I mentioned this to the woman in charge said she'd move a car if I needed to get out. I didn't, but the point is, I expect people you hire to ask before they park cars in your driveway (other than for unloading and loading equipment). Leaky crankcases are also a possibility, and indeed, one of the vehicles left a couple of small oil drips on the driveway. Finally, the owner had explained that the workers' English was limited, and that turned out to be true. It wasn't a problem for me, but it could be a concern for some homeowners. I should emphasize that the quality of work was excellent. I'd only recommend if you hire this company, you call a day in advance to confirm the appointment--a courtesy reminder that is often part of customer service. I'd also make sure that they're aware of your preferences, if any, re parking.

Too big a hurry! Left too much soap in the carpets. Very wet & took 2 days to dry even using fans. Never use this company again.

I had them do a professional housecleaning when I moved out of a rental home that uses Long Realty as the Property Manager. Long has lots of "secret" things that need to be done to a house. Like you need to move the stove and clean behind it! I would never have known that needed to be done but Sierra Vista Carpet Cleaning knew. I passed the move out inspection with flying colors! I also had them clean my carpets. They looked like new and they are probably 15+ years old! I would recomend this company to anyone and everyone. Thanks Sierra Vista Carpet Cleaing!
