My experience was one of the least professional I have ever had. Communication was horrible. I was provided with at least 4 or more names for the company I was working with. I was not able to tell who I was working with. Payment was requested to be sent to personal cell phone numbers rather than registered businesses. They made a late appointment time and then did not show up, with the excuse that the part did not come in and it was after hours, meanwhile, we were waiting at home until 8 pm and could not reach anyone to find out why they didn't show up. The repair was finally completed however I was very unhappy with the experience since I used Angi to try to find a reliable professional and instead I had a horrible experience with no trust in who I was working with. There were several times when I really thought I was being scammed.

Regarding your repair, the delay was caused by a defective replacement part that we received from the supplier. Unfortunately, this was completely beyond our control. As soon as the correct part became available, we completed the repair, and your appliance is now working properly. We did our best to keep you informed throughout the process. We understand that you attempted to reach us later in the evening; however, our office hours end at 6:00 PM, so our dispatch team was unavailable at that time. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this caused. Our goal has always been to provide fast, affordable, and dependable service. While unexpected situations can occasionally occur in the repair industry, we always stand behind our work and make every effort to resolve issues as quickly as possible. If there is anything that is still not working correctly with your appliance, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you.
