Howard was a pleasure to work with.He is upfront and straight forward.When I called his personal cell phone he answered. That is important to me!!!!! Chris did my install and he was neat and tidy all wires were hidden and he listened to all my concerns regarding where i wanted cameras installed.thereafter he installed apps on my phone and computer and showed me how to use them.as far as the 3 year warranty goes that is the only aspect of this company that I don't know as to what happens if I have a problem and hopefully I will never have to find out.

I would absolutely hire Howard and his team again. Rarely do I come accross someone who shares with me that the direction that i am looking to go will not provide me with the results that I will expect in the end. The security cameras work well and they took the time to adjust cameras that needed their coverage tweaked. The install was nice and clean, done in one day, and only a few alterations were made to the plans (too hard to get one camera where we originally wanted it. Overall very satisfied.
