Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
Lew was very quick to call and make arrangements to come out to provide an estimate, however, I had to call him to schedule getting the job done, then he sent someone who couldn't do the complete job. Lew promised to call me to set a time for him to complete the job, but it has now been over a week and I still haven't heard from him. I understand that my job is a small one, but if he didn't want to do the job, he should have said so.

Carpet Repair, Refasten, or Stretch
They were a little late, but this was OK for me. They were able to be flexible with my schedule and fixed my floor on a Saturday morning. My floors now look as though we never had a problem. I would hire them again if I ever need future floor installation or repair.
