I had them come out to check on my HVAC unit, and the guy said he with looking at it and fixed it, and charged me with an arm and a leg. Merely a few weeks later, it is acting up again and having issues. I called his signature and they said they would have to charge me all over again for him to come out, even though these issues should have been caught the first time around. Why do they think they can justify charging to have someone come out every single time when it is their fault the issues were not caught the first time around. Instead, go work with a company who can take ownership over their responsibility and does not keep charging you just for the heck of it.

I was told it would be a thousand to $1,200 to repair my furnace. My bill ended up being $1,500 and I have no idea how much the parts were or how much the labor was. Im not sure why it went up $300 from the original quote.

Leedro and Felton came over to check on a small issue with our heater. They did a thorough inspection and I felt confident in their expertise. They answered my questions and were extremely professional. They did their job quickly, but without rushing through. I feel confident in their work and would recommend Signature to a friend.

While drilling holes in the shower insert the panel cracked,they came back out to replace that panel,they went to lowes where they bought it,came back and told me the store was out of those panels.There are other lowes stores here in town,they should have found me a new panel at one of those stores,instead they left me with the cracked panel

Was supposed to be here by 8:00 but didn't show up until 11:30, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed. Very personable,too.

From the time of my contact at Costco, staff was always gracious and helpful. They called regularly to keep me informed about the job and when they would arrive at the house. Especially great are Chris Lueras, customer rep., Nathan and Charles, electrical, Emauel and Alejandro, installation. Marvelous company and how the employees all have a customer-oriented attitude and commitment.
