Buyer BEWARE. I hired signature to replace my heating and cooling in March of this year. Unfortunately it has been very problematic from the start. Each technician blames the installer or the technician who came before and claims to have fixed it. Management finally came out and told me that the wrong equipment had been installed and they would make it right. Then they proceeded to ignore my emails and dodge my phone calls. It's now October and after limping through the first 6 months of my new Heating and AC I'm worried about whether the heater will make it through the winter. Take your business elsewhere if you want it done right. Signature, if you're reading this, please stop ignoring my calls and emails.

The technician set up a great plan to minimize the wall opening and impact on bathroom functions while locating the leak in our bathroom wall and then replacing the old leaking drain pipes. Scheduling was quick and easy, too, for both the drain pipe replacement and the sink replacement. Cost for opening the wall and replacing the leaking pipes seemed reasonable, but the cost to install the new sink was exorbitant.

I had them come out to check on my HVAC unit, and the guy said he with looking at it and fixed it, and charged me with an arm and a leg. Merely a few weeks later, it is acting up again and having issues. I called his signature and they said they would have to charge me all over again for him to come out, even though these issues should have been caught the first time around. Why do they think they can justify charging to have someone come out every single time when it is their fault the issues were not caught the first time around. Instead, go work with a company who can take ownership over their responsibility and does not keep charging you just for the heck of it.

I needed a gas valve for a Baxi Luna Combi Boiler - not a high demand item in Albuquerque. They found a valve in the US, had it shipped and installed it within a week. Fully functional at this time.

I was told it would be a thousand to $1,200 to repair my furnace. My bill ended up being $1,500 and I have no idea how much the parts were or how much the labor was. Im not sure why it went up $300 from the original quote.

The team that came over ran into a subtle issue with my HVAC system. It took a bit of effort to identify the actual cause and fix that. The team was very courteous and professional.
