Rapidly responsive to my short suspense. Thorough but judicious in his sampling. A professional.

Took too long to get the feedback.

First, the inspector, Mike, forgot about our appointment and did not call to reschedule. After waiting for over an hour, I had to call him and remind him of the appointment. Then, when he came a few days later at the rescheduled appointment, he was not wearing a mask. I also had to call and confirm the appointment that morning and he needed to make it for later than originally agreed upon. The week after was the ice storm, and I did not expect to get the report due to power outages. The following week, I called to check-in and was told I would have the report by the end of the week. That did not happen. I called the following Monday and was told he finished the report but was having internet problems, so he would try to email it soon. I did not get it until 5 pm. One of the rooms was labeled incorrectly on the report. I have called twice to inquire and make sure the report correctly reflects the findings, but he has not answered or returned my messages. His prices are high. I would not mind if the customer service reflected the price point. I do not recommend.

Highly recommend Signatire Inspection Services. Stephanie was very thorough and patient. Answered all my questions and made sure that my new home was well inspected and all issues addressed. Even came out and did a final re-inspection after repairs were completed by the builder. Walked the property with me to show and talk me through all the findings and clarified which were concerns and which were not. Price was reasonable for the level of expertise and quality.

He arrived 45 minutes late. He promised results in a week, but it has been almost 2 weeks. I have called him twice, but he said he has gotten everyone elses results from that week except mine. I really want to get my results. He said he does not have a FAX machine, so had to get results by e-mail and kept having problems getting my results.

They did post hurricane mold monitoring. Competent service. A bit expensive.

He was on a few mins early. I was way earlier so that was differently fine with me. He was on top of everything. He seen things that I didn't c. I'm glad home advisors recommended him. I had my doubts bout home advisors but I'm glad i used them and will continue to. Thanks Home Advisors Cheryl

They did an awesome job!

I hired Mike a few months ago to test for mold and make recommendations. He took 4 samples each at 100 each. I received the report back a few days ago. The report is missing a few items. There were no pictures to show where the samples were taken. He also used a specialized pump to retrieve samples. There is no way on the report to determine if pump was properly calibrated. Even taking a picture of the pump being calibrated would be nice. I went to two remediation companies and said they couldn't rely on the data since it's missing these items.

Mike came out and handled my project in a professional manner and resolved my issue.

Mike was very prompt and professional. I thought the cost for a mold test was a little pricey but who can put a price on the health of your family.

He was just here and did test. I will let you know what he says.

Mike was very helpful. We needed a quick mold test for a closing and he got it done fast and cost was fair. Good contractor would use him again no problem!

He did a great job. I did have to follow up a few times but in times of a hurricane - there is so much need. He was working crazy hours so I honestly don't blame him for me needing to keep on top of my information. That's the only reason why it wasn't a perfect 5.

Great value for money - I would give 6 stars. Very knowledgeable and thorough and it is obvious that they know the business and what to look for within the inspection. Mike will complete the report at time of inspection. Signature Inspections is a one stop shop service - meaning that they will go further with the inspection to include other items like septic systems or swimming pools.
