I was really nice to the person, I was being fair in every way and trying to help him out. He treated me disrespectfully by not finishing the job and overcharging

Jacob, the ownerâ s son, was lead on several projects on my property. He accepted full payment for a multistage series of projects and disappeared with the money. The work he did do left me with a door that is paved shut and cannot open creating a fire hazard. He created several dangerous conditions by leaving construction debris and boulders too heavy for me to move. I am elderly and disabled, as is my wife. Jacob knew this. The contract has been unfulfilled. He has not shown up on appointed times and will not return phone calls or texts. His contractors reached out to him with no return calls. I have now reached out to my attorney for assistance.
