Signature Professional Tree Service

We hired this company to trim and clean up 20 palm trees at our Ormond Beach house. He had trimmed a couple trees for us at our Deltona home and we were happy with his work. So, we hired him to trim the palms at Ormond Beach. He said he was going there after he left our Deltona home and would complete the job that same day (Saturday). Since we were not going to Ormond until the next day (Sunday), we paid Michael up front for the Ormond Beach project. Unfortunately, we actually trusted him! When we got there the next day, we found that he had only done 2 trees! He threw the debris from the palms in one of our flower beds!!! My husband had to remove all of that mess! We have tried calling him on numerous occasions since this happened, but his outgoing message states he is not accepting any phone calls! We have also sent him several text messages.....again.....no response! What he did to us - accepting our money and then not performing the service we paid him to do - is an act of stealing!!!!! Stay as far away as you can from this man and his business!

Please remember...this was just after a hurricane. My trees were a total mess. I went online to HomeAdvisors.com to find a tree trimming company and Signature Tree Service came up but because both our phones were out due to internet/phone/cable issues, HomeAdvisor sent me an email stating they were cancelling the appointment. However, as the day went on and internet/phone service resumed, Michael called me and said - I'm in the neighborhood - can I come by? YESSSSSSSSSSS please...I want my trees trimmed/cut down/taken out. TY Michael...you truly are an angel. He gave me the quote for the whole yard, I accepted "part" of it...and then afterward decided "DO IT ALL" . They were here on Sat and today to remove the trees/shrubs, etc. only to discover I have another 3 or 4 more trees to remove, which they will be back as soon as time permits (i.e. when they have a free slot to trim the last few trees!) These guys KNOW what they're doing. I had trees over power lines, cable lines, etc. and they knew exactly what to do, how to take the trees down without disturbing the power and cable lines, etc. These guys KNOW what they're doing and would recommend them to anyone in the Volusia County area. Michael - I can't thank you enough. You and your team are angels! And - to HomeAdvisor.com - please give at least a 72 hr notice before cancelling any appt since it could be because of a storm. I will be calling you soon to take down the last couple trees in the yard - I want them all GONE....as well as the vines behind the shed. Thank you so much Michael. As I told your wonderful employees yesterday, you are my angels...and I'm so thankful for all of you! So Michael, - if I don't call you in the next few days, please call me to finish those few trees! Your service was awesome!

They came at 9:30 then went to get gas,drinks and came back at 11:15. They took several breaks but it was muggy out. After taking down 2 1/2trees cleaned up some small limbs but left the large stuff on ground un cut. Then left at 3:30 saying the would return tomorrow. that's today they sent our phone calls to voice mail. But when I used a neighbors phone they answered, said they were working on getting crew. Sent text messages to which we got no response!??. Do no use them!!!

Be prepared to be Wowed when hiring Signature Tree Service to perform your needs. As a former U.S. Special Forces member, an operational process is always implemented for success. Signature Professional Tree Service has worked with my lawn company on several jobs in the past. The quality of work the climber, Zack is excellent. Work wise the company provides good service. In my experience they have never dropped a limb out of the place. I refer their service often and use them for some of my own jobs when I can.
